Will I have access to a recording after the event?

Yes. This is the same link that you will use to stream the event. After the event, you will also be sent the link to the recording. The recording will not be made public and will only be for ticket holders.

Will there be a replay?

No, but the event recording will be available to all ticket holders. So, if you miss the event, you can rewatch at a time that suits you.

Can I share the streaming link or any content outside of the event?

Because this is a paid-for charity event, the streaming link should be for ticket holders only and should not be shared widely.

Where will the money go?

The money will go to charities nominated by our speakers. These charities are listed on this event registration page for everyone to see. 100% of the funds will go to charities with an additional donation from BrightLocal. BrightLocal does not take any money from this event.

Who is the event for?

This event is for local marketers, digital marketers, and SEOs, both in-house or agency teams.

What is the refund policy?

As this is a charity event, we do not offer ticket refunds. However, if you have an exceptional circumstance, please email [email protected] to request a refund.

How do I tune into the livestream?

The event will stream via YouTube. The YouTube link will be on your ticket confirmation, and you will be emailed the access link before the event.

Can I buy tickets after the event?

Ticket sales will close on Friday, September 20. If you want to watch the event, buy your ticket before this date. From this date forward, we must collect all the funds raised from ticket sales and send the donations to the nominated charities.

Can I get discounted tickets?

Early bird tickets costing just $25 will be on sale until Friday, June 28. If you’re hoping to grab a ticket for a reduced price, make sure you take advantage of early bird tickets. We cannot offer discounted tickets after this time.
